Elloowe is a pre-launch bike tracking and theft-response service operated by Vertice Servicos Ltda (CNPJ 61.705.429/0001-79), a company registered in Brazil. For the purposes of UK GDPR, Vertice Servicos Ltda is the data controller for personal data collected through elloowe.com. Contact: crew@elloowe.com.

When you join the waitlist we collect: your name, email address, city/postcode area, the approximate value and type of your bike, and — if you choose to become a founding member — a refundable deposit processed by our payment provider. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, device type) via cookies.

• To hold your place in the launch queue and contact you about launch in your city (performance of steps at your request prior to a contract).
• To process your founding deposit and refund it on request (contract).
• To improve the site and measure our marketing (legitimate interest / consent for non-essential cookies).

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers below.

Hosting and analytics providers, our email platform, and our payment provider process data on our behalf under contract. Some providers are located outside the UK; where that happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Waitlist data is kept until launch in your city plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Deposit records are kept as required by accounting law.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and you can object to or restrict processing. Email crew@elloowe.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
