Waitlist Terms

  1. Elloowe is pre-launch. Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on you and no service obligation on us.
  2. The founding member deposit (£15) reserves priority access at launch in your city. It is fully refundable on request at any time before launch, and automatically refunded if we do not launch in your city within 24 months.
  3. Elloowe recovery membership, when launched, will be a tracking and theft-response service. It is not a contract of insurance and does not provide financial compensation for loss.
  4. All recovery cases, scenarios, response times and pricing shown on this site are illustrative estimates. Final service details and pricing are confirmed at launch, city by city.
  5. The service is operated by Vertice Servicos Ltda (CNPJ 61.705.429/0001-79). Questions: crew@elloowe.com.
